My buddy's girl just broke up with him, citing an "existential crisis"
Girls: if you are going to break up with a guy you’re dating, please come up with something better than an “existential crisis.”
Terrible.
my favorite part of the story was what she said after:
“… but you can still come visit me in san diego!”
Who is this person?! I bet I know them.
I’m seeing a girl now. We’re having a great time and I think she’s amazing… In two weeks she begins law school and I move to a different city.
Such is my life.
Very underestimate a long distance relationship….They can work out REALLY well. Ally and I are 7 months strong now.
“Historians will long debate [Sen. Robert Byrd’s] complicated legacy, but scholars will no doubt agree that he was the greatest Shakespeare-quoter in American political history. His death marks the passing of an entire style of literate politics. Most politicians quote Shakespeare badly, if at all — with a special emphasis on at all. Quoting Shakespeare is risky as a rhetorical strategy. No American politician today wants to seem too educated. Robert Byrd was different. He didn’t waddle around in clichés like ‘tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow’ from Macbeth, or ‘the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune’ from Hamlet. In 1994 alone, Senator Byrd quoted every last Shakespeare play on the Senate floor at least once. That’s 37 plays.”
